Shipping Policy

All items in stock are shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. You will receive an order confirmation after you place it. (Please check your spam or bulk mail box if you did not receive a order confirmation within 24 hours.) Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Please note that packages are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

International Shipping Policy

Delivery time that our site offers is an estimated average delivery time provided by the Fedex Express service. Depending on production schedule, number of orders and country specific shipping policies your parcel can arrive faster or be slightly delayed.

If your parcel is delayed, we strongly recommend to contact the Fedex customer support and make an inquiry about the parcel. Please make sure to keep us in the loop.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your puchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or replacement.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. All items returned without RMA number will not be accepted.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us for further instructions. Returns or exchanges are made within 1 year after the purchase date. If possible, items should be returned with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging, including the manual, the inserts, the RMA number and a copy of the packing slip or invoice.

We will process exchanges or refunds within 1-2 weeks of receipt.

Ordering Goods and Cancellation

All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

When you submit an order to us through our website, you will receive an email to confirm that we are processing and acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check this email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. This email does not mean, that your order has been shipped. Your order will be shipped by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) according to the stock availability of the goods, that can be seen on each product page. After we ship the order, an email with the parcel ID and online tracking instructions will be sent to the email address that you supplied when ordering.

In case you used a promotional code or any other offer when ordering, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that this offer has been issued to you personally or that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for it. In the event that this offer has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive.

Warranty

Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. Mugen Power warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year (unless stated otherwise under product's description) from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product if limited warranty applies.

All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to returning the battery. All returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

All warranties implied by law applicable to the battery shall be limited to the warranty period stated on the battery. Some countries, states or provinces do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts, or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from country to country, state to state or province to province.
